• Dispatch Within Indicated Days: Items labeled as “We Dispatch within Indicated Days” may require additional time for shipment from alternate locations or directly from our suppliers. This process includes testing before dispatch and may vary depending on the product.

• Special Orders: Custom orders or special requests may require additional time for procurement and dispatch, as these items often come directly from our suppliers.

• Order Changes: Should there be any adjustments to the shipping time, our team will promptly communicate with you to confirm dispatch approval.

COD and Delivery Checks: Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for products priced over INR 20000/-. Our product pages feature a Delivery Availability Checker to estimate delivery time and verify COD eligibility based on your Pin code. This Delivery availabitity checker is irrelevant to the product it is only to check the pin code and cod availability.
